How can I participate in the rewards program?

In order to collect points, you need a customer account with us. If you already have this, log in to your account . Then all you have to do is click on the “Become a Member” button in the rewards pop-up and you’re in. If you don't have a customer account yet, you can create your customer account in just a few steps on the homepage at the top right under Account .

How do I collect points?

Basically, you get one point for every € spent on every order. But you can also collect lots of additional points. In the pop-up in your account under “How to collect points” you can see what you can do to get even more points.

Can I also collect and redeem points in the Augsburg store?

Yes, you can collect points with every purchase in our store in Augsburg and redeem them for rewards there as long as you enter your customer account or open one when shopping.

How do I get points for product reviews?

If you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email a few days after dispatch requesting a rating, in which all your purchased items are displayed. Follow the instructions in the email to submit the individual ratings. The corresponding points will then be automatically credited to your member account.

What other redemption options are there?

If you have already collected 2500 or 5000 points, you can also exchange them for an exclusive e-gift card with a value of €50 or €100. You can use these for all items and also combine them with other discounts.

How do I see my current points balance?

Once you have logged into your account, you will automatically see how many points you have already collected in the pop-up at the top.

Where can I find my current rewards, benefits & member status?

Within the reward pop-up you can see which benefits you can currently use under “Redeem”. If you would like to use one of these benefits, click on the button to the right of the reward and you will receive a voucher code that you can redeem within the next 6 months. You can also find this in the pop-up under “Rewards”. Below you can see your current member status and how much you have already spent.

Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter to take part in the bonus program?

No. It is also possible to participate in the points program without registering for our newsletter . Please note, however, that information about special promotions and exclusive member offers will be communicated via our marketing emails.

Unfortunately I don't receive any emails. What can I do?

Please check whether the emails may have ended up in spam or been blocked. Shipping problems often occur, particularly with t-online email addresses. To prevent this, we recommend saving our email address ( kundenservice@sportkind.de ) as a contact. If this doesn't help, don't hesitate to contact us - we'll be happy to help!

What are the member levels?

When you start collecting points you are automatically a MEMBER. If you manage to purchase for a certain amount within the next 12 months, you can reach three VIP levels: from 250€ you reach the status of a PRO MEMBER, from 500€ you become a PLUS MEMBER and from 1000€ you become a PREMIUM MEMBER. You can see the exclusive benefits in the overview above. Once you have reached a level, you keep it for the rest of the current year and the following year, unless you return your order. If you reach a new level during this time, the same time period applies from that point on.

I have reached the PLUS or PREMIUM member level. Where can I find the code for my free shipping?

As soon as you have reached the member level, the code for your free shipping will automatically be stored. You can find this in the member pop-up directly under your points under “Your Rewards”. The code can be combined with other discounts.

Is there an expiration date for my points?

Yes. Unused points expire after 12 months. If you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a reminder shortly before your points expire.

What happens to redeemed rewards if they are returned?

Points rewards that have already been redeemed will not be refunded if returned.

Can I combine my member benefits with other discounts?

The rewards you receive by converting points collected cannot be combined with other discounts. The free shipping based on reaching the PLUS and PREMIUM member level can be combined with other discount codes.

When will I receive my birthday points?

You will receive your birthday points as soon as it is your birthday. You can then redeem them directly.
Please note: You must enter it at least 30 days before your birthday and have reached the member level in order to be rewarded.

Can I collect points in the team shop?

No, the points are not transferable.

How do I unsubscribe if I no longer want to participate?

If you no longer wish to receive benefits, please send an email to kundenservice@sportkind.de and you will be immediately unsubscribed from the rewards program.

I have logged out of the program. How can I participate again?

If you were already a MEMBER and were logged out, you unfortunately cannot log in to your account again. Please send an email to kundenservice@sportkind.de then we can register you as a MEMBER again.
